An unoaked Chardonnay from Sonoma County
Light golden in color, this medium bodied chardonnay is vibrant and fresh with a creamy texture from the barrel fermentation. Baked apples and pears with a hint of citrus dominate the palate. This Chardonnay finishes rich and smooth with a hint of lingering spice in the finish. Pairs great with a variety of meats such as chicken and pork. We particularly enjoy it with fresh salmon and brick chicken, as it can hold up to big flavors while not overwhelming the more delicate nuances of foods.
