Vinification - Whole bunches of grapes are gently pressed and the juice undergoes a process of slow cooled fermentation to preserve the grape's delicate aromas and freshness. The second fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in pressurized stainless steel tanks. After a few weeks the remaining natural sugars result in a fresh, fruity and seductive sparkling wine.
Color - Golden in color.
Aroma - Fresh aromas of citrus, apple and flowers.
Palate - Clean and fresh on the palate with tones of ripe lemon, green apple and grapefruit. The finish is light and fresh.
