Product Description
This wine is made from the indigenous Voskehat variety, which from ancient times were considered the queen of the Armenian white grapes, cultivated in mountainous valleys at an altitude of 1200 meters above the sea level in the Aghavnadzor (dove valley) vineyards of the Vayots Dzor region. The wine is made in the traditional method (48 hour skin contact). In contrast to all the other white wines made by separating the grape juice from the pulp, this wine is left for two hours in contact with its skin, thus acquiring its deep color, harmonious texture and its strength. It has a light straw color and a golden shade. Its gentle aromas of alpine valley flowers are complemented with a fresh and harmonious taste of high but very pleasant acidity and an aftertaste of elegant and long-lasting flavors of bees wax.
