100% blue agave Plata made from the finest estate grown highland agave. The Plata has a wafting bouquet; aromas of spice, slight vanilla, vegetal and floral tones. The palate is brimming with spice, pepper, and well balanced agave notes. The body is medium weight with a buttery velvety texture.
