Grande Champagne Cognac named the best spirit in the world in 2003. Crystal carafe. Taken from the Wedding series, this is a 60-year-old Cognac with an exceptionally long finish.
GRAPE VARIETIES: Ugni blanc - Folle Blanche - Colombard
ABV: 40%
PRODUCTION: A fine selection of ten Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie blended by our cellar master.
AGING: 60-year-old eaux-de-vie aged in Limousin oak barrels with a light toasting.
IDEAL SERVE: Neat or over ice
NOSE: Lovely rancio, prune
PALATE: Bitter orange notes, touch of ginger
FINISH: Exceptional length, velvet, saffron, cinnamon
