Our water is naturally filtered for fifty years as gravity, ever patient, gently flows through the granite and slate deep beneath the Austrian Alps for decades until it reaches our secure aquifer. Made only from four ancient grains of rye that carry with them the weather report and singular conditions of its vintage.
